Leek Archery Club was founded in 1988 and we have been providing a great place to shoot since then.
We are a friendly club and provide a welcome to all bow types and skill levels so do not hesitate to visit us. Since the club formed outdoor shooting in the summer months has taken place at Leek Hockey Club on the Macclesfield Road in Leek. This provides the ideal flat field for target archery and the partnership with Leek Hockey Club has grown stronger over the years proving beneficial for both clubs.
Improvements to our facilities and equipment have seen the membership go from strength to strength.
Our indoor venue for the winter months is in the sports barn at Biddulph High School. This facility is one of the best in the area and often hosts the Staffordshire Junior Squad training days.
In 2016 we added an all season indoor range to our facilities which is available to members on a 24/7 basis. This considerably extends the opportunities for our archers to shoot in agreeable conditions. The range is situated in Shoobridge Street Mill in Leek.
The club is run by its members on a volunteer basis and is affiliated with Archery GB.
